The deployment of artificial intelligence from experimental settings to concrete applications implies consider the social aspects environment and consequently conceive interaction between humans computers endowed with aim being partners in action. This article proposes a review research initiatives regarding human-artificial agents interaction, including eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) HRI/HCI. We argue that even if vocabulary approaches are different, concepts converge on necessity for provide an accurate mental model their behavior they interacting with. has different implications depending whether we tool/user or cooperation interaction—which is far less documented despite at heart future autonomous vehicles. From this observation, uses cognitive science corpus joint-action raise finer mechanisms proved be essential human which could considered as requirements agents, shared task representation mentalization. Finally, interactions content hypotheses arisen satisfy identified mechanisms, ability agent elicit its intentions trigger mentalization toward them cooperators.
